To gain a thorough understanding of the working and mining conditions in which this type of liner is used, as well as the numerous issues such as safety, quality, lifespan, and production processes that exist, Mr. Li Shengwu led the R&D team. For Zijin Mining's Duobaoshan Copper Industry, China Gold Huatailong Mining, China Copper's Pulang Copper Mine, China Railway Resources' Liming Mining, China Gold Inner Mongolia Mining's Wunugetu Mine, Jiangxi Copper Dexing Copper Mine's Dashan Plant, Jiangxi Copper Dexing Mine's Sizhou Plant, Jiangxi Copper Chengmenshan Mine, Jiangxi Copper Yinshan Mine, Jiangxi Copper Guixi Smelter, Tongling Nonferrous Metals' Dongguashan Mine, and Tongling Chemical Xinqiao On-site investigations and visits were conducted at the mine, the Baiyin Nonferrous Metal Slag Resource Recycling Project Department, the Sareke Copper Mine of Daye Nonferrous Metals, Gansu Yatou Jinhui Mining, the Baima Mine of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group, the Yuanjia Village Mine of Taiyuan Iron and Steel Group, and the Donggou Beneficiation Plant of Jinmo Co., LTD. Li Shengwu's R&D team has gained a deeper understanding of the problems that need to be solved throughout the entire life cycle of semi-autogenous mill alloy liners, including manufacturing, installation, and usage. At present, based on the relevant information obtained from the above research, Li Shengwu's R&D team has launched a modified pearlite high-carbon chromium-molybdenum alloy specifically for super-large semi-autogenous mills, as well as mature material selection, molding, casting, heat treatment and other process flows.
